Refund Policy

SquadFinder is free to use. This policy applies to the optional paid subscription, SquadFinder Premium (€4.99 per month, including applicable VAT).
1. Payments via Paddle
All Premium purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: your invoice comes from Paddle, and refunds are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with Premium, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This also satisfies your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are charged automatically each month. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer want Premium. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of an unwanted renewal and we will refund that renewal payment, provided the Premium perks were not meaningfully used during that period.
4. How to cancel
- Use the subscription management link in any Paddle receipt email, or
- email us at [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
After cancelling, you keep your Premium perks until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges will be made.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your SquadFinder account, and include the Paddle order number from your receipt. We normally respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
6. Fraud & abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) and to suspend accounts involved in payment fraud or chargeback abuse. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
